Potents Farms is a Tier 2 Cannabis grow facility based in Forest Grove, Oregon. Danny "Master Toad" and his team of expert cultivation specialists currently hold the title of running Oregon's largest indoor growing facility.
In the beginning of 2018 8th Day Create was commissioned to design and craft the branding & identity, and supporting design material and promo goods for launching the brand into the Oregon market.
Entering into a heavily saturated market, we were challenged to create the brand that would reflect the high quality "potentness" of the flower while visually portraying high value and having a nod to Oregon. Inspired by vintage currency and cigar packaging, we crafted the the logo as a combo mark that establishes the brand in both time and location. The center area features a trimmed nug of Cannabis with a silhouette of the Cascade Mountains behind.
The tagline "Keep Oregon Potent" is clearly inspired by the city of Portland and its weirdness!
