The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
At 8TH DAY CREATE®, we do not sell your personal information for money. However, the CCPA defines “sell” and “share” broadly, and certain data transfers for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes may be considered a sale or share under the law.
