“Of all the #psychedelic experiences I have had in life, the most impacting experience has been this. Visually the most stunning vision I’ve ever seen. How do you explain colours you’ve never seen? How do you explain cosmic sized beings of immense love and calmness that say hello to you? Or giant basalt carved Egyptian cat headed doors? Or giant purple pyramids on a jungle planet in the middle of a solar system with 3 suns? Or sacred geometrical living “beings” that communicate with you?

However it was also one of the most humbling experiences…I realised I don’t know shit! And as much as I am a collection of various experiences and compounded knowledge this realm has to offer, I still don’t know shit! The more I learn the more I realize what I don’t know….what an never ending journey.

Accepting that has given me peace provided me a tool to stay…present. And that is #Vipassana meditation.
